Can the Aurora Borealis be sued for using copyrighted colors and operating without a permit?

You cannot copyright colors. You cannot copyright a naturally occurring phenomenon. Natural phenomena cannot be regulated. There is no person or entity subject to lawsuit or regulation for any instance of the natural aurorae on earth or any other planet.|||lolv2.0
