Did Whisper and Thunder from Fable 1 actually come from aurora?

Whisper and Thunder both have the same'ish skin tone and accent as the people from Aurora in fable 3. If you ask the Oracle in Fable lost chapters it says they traveled from a land far away from albion. Could they have been from Aurora?|||i believe so|||probly they did but i didnt see no black people in aurora when i played fable 3
