How can the Aurora be seen from Southern Regions?

How can the Aurora be seen from Southern Regions?

Any help is much appreciated.|||Same as in the northern regions. Get as close to the pole as possible.

The only real difference is the name...in the north its called "aurora borealis"....the southern name is "aurora australis".|||They see a different aurora, Aurora Austrailis|||Auroras can be seen in the Southern Hemisphere on rare occasions and are referred to as aurora australis. But you cannot see the aurora borealis from the south.|||It is rarer for people to see Aurora Australis, because typically you have to be in Antarctica to do so. They are exactly as bright as the Aurora Borealis.|||Yes, aurora can be seen over both poles, however the ones at the south pole are not as bright. They're called Aurora Australis.
