How do i get the aurora ticket to get Deoxys in Pokemon Leafgreen?

I have the Mystery gift, but i can't get the aurora ticket still.Do I need to go to a "Wonder Spot?" if so where are the "Wonder Spots?" I no I need to complete that guy's machine to trade with Ruby and Saffire and get the national pokedex.|||Hey sorry dude but the only way to get the ticket is A.go to a pokemon convention and trade with the machine there. Or B get something like an action replay or gameshark and cheat to get it. Thats how I had to get the tickets
