How to get to Algonquin Park from Aurora, ON?

I plan to travel to Algonquin Park this summer via public tansit of some sort from Aurora, Ontario. I would be leaving from either Aurora, Newmarket, or somwhere close. Any suggestions on what is the best (fastest or cheapest) way to do this? I do not drive, so I will have to take train, bus, taxi, plane, whatever is available. Any answers will help. Thank you.|||Greyhound bus offers a run to Manooth ( southern town of the park). You can grab that bus from the Barrie terminal. To get to Barrie from where you are is fairly simple. You can either use the GO bus or train, depending on what time of day you plan on leaving home.

When in Manooth, there are several companies that offer shuttles to the park.

For that matter, if you're interested in the north end of the park, there's Algonquin North Outfitters. They'll help you set up a trip into the park, including help with your transportation needs.
