How do you get the Aurora and Mystic ticket on Pokemon firered?

I have already activated the mystery gifting on pokemon firered and still can't get the aurora ticket from Teala at the pokemon center 2F. Is there something I am missing? Do I have to link with someone to get this or what?|||You'll need to attend a nintendo event and you'll get it through there. Or you'll get it by going to the pokemon center in new york and downloading it there.|||you can get gameshark or action replay or nintindo event
